Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or custom-order periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawai‘i and U.S. Territories.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hawai‘i: 2–5 business days
  • U.S. Mainland: 5–10 business days
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., American Samoa, Guam): 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic orders. You will receive tracking information via email once your package ships.

Local Pickup / Delivery (Hawai‘i Only)

We offer free local pickup in Honolulu. Once your order is ready, we will email you pick up details and available times.
Local delivery may be available upon request—please contact us for arrangements.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly if you wish to inquire about a special order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Anela Miloves is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Anela Miloves is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at support@anelamiloveshi.shop so we can assist if possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
